Alphabet Daycare South

Alphabet Daycare South started operation in November 2023 to answer the growing needs for quality child care in the south side of Red Deer. The program has six classrooms providing care for children aged 12 months to 6 years before going to Grade 1. The location provides great convenience to families residing in the neighbourhood. Alphabet Daycare South has a yard to facilitate outdoor play for children. Located at the back of the daycare premises, the yard provides children with ample chances to enjoy some fresh air, play games, and explore nature in the outdoors.

To date, Alphabet Daycare South has developed a mature and stable team in which over 70% of the educators hold Level 3 of the Alberta Early Childhood Educator Certification. The team excels in activity planning, creating multiple opportunities for children in care to experiment, explore and learn through fun experiences. Alphabet Daycare South realizes the philosophy of Alphabet Daycare by allowing children to develop to their fullest while having joyful activities on a daily basis.
